aftermidnightmails.info Terms Of Service By signing up and actively using the aftermidnightmails.info program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. aftermidnightmails.info may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the aftermidnightmails.info program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. Responsibility of Members: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. It is your responsibility to read terms before you sign up. By signing up to site you agree to all terms and rules depicted by the site owner now and any modifications made. You may not put our account on extended vacation without prior approval of site admin/owner no exceptions. This means any account on vacation more than 2 week of lst click. You must not use false claims or misinformation about site in any form of communication, such as forum's, advertising, ect. Any member caught spreading false unfounded information about the site or its members will be deleted without question and loose all earnings. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing aftermidnightmails.info account. You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your aftermidnightmails.info account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by aftermidnightmails.info be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with aftermidnightmails.info. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from aftermidnightmails.info. br> In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from aftermidnightmails.info, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.Yahoo & Hotmail emails accounts are not acceptable due to the excessive returns from these companies. You are solely responsible for your ads to be working and contain no viruses-worms-iframes-pops(of any kind) We do not fix ads. Relationship of the Parties: You and aftermidnightmails.info are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and aftermidnightmails.info. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of aftermidnightmails.info. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program. Limitation of Liability: aftermidnightmails.info will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or aftermidnightmails.info program, even if aftermidnightmails.info has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Advertising Any Ads containing porn,0iframes,cheat links,banned sites,hate,slander, or anything harmful to site and its members will be deleted and 1st time you get redemption back 2nd times will not get it back any and will cause you to loose your account no questions ask. You will also loose any and all earnings at site. It is sole responsibility of admin to accept or deny any ads with such. Payments: Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by aftermidnightmails.info. Members may earn by referring new members to the aftermidnightmails.info program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by aftermidnightmails.info. Members will be paid via PayPal(verified only)and Alertpay aftermidnightmails.info will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by aftermidnightmails.info. Once the member has reached payout and has clicked the required 50 clicks they may request payment. Payments will be made within 28 days or a reasonable time after. Link Errors: At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account. If you knowingly send in ads that have obvious mistakes in the pricing-they will be rejected-and it will be noted in your account as a strike-as these should be reported!! 3 strikes and your account will be terminated. Once an account is terminated it will not be restored. However, if you wish to do so you may sign up again (unless your account was terminated because of fraud). Affiliate Page Clause: AfterMidnightMails is not a paid to promote site. We are a paid to read/click site. Therefore, you MUST be active in the paid to read/click areas of AfterMidnightMails in order to earn from the affiliate page feature(s). Anyone caught abusing this feature will have these privledges suspended. In order to request payment you must have a minimum of 10% earnings other than downline and ptp earnings. This means for every dollar you have in affiliate page and downline earnings, you must have $0.10 in earnings from other areas of the site.Affiliate Pages CANNOT be put in surf (click) exchanges or ptc surf (click) exchanges. If the url has clickxsurf, surfclickxfinal, clicksurf or anything remotely like this, it will be deducted from your account. If I have to do this too many times, your affiliate page will be suspended Abuse Of Staff Abuse of Staff is considered sending vulgar emails to any of our email accounts. Harassing any member of staff about payout request, redemption request, memberships or any other harassment via email or instant messaging will be cause for termination of your account without notice. All downline and all earnings will be lost forever Admin Messages Admin messages sent to the members are solely intended for the members of this site only. If you are found to be copying these Admin Messages in any other forum such as GPF, Been Paid or any other forum without the consent of the program owner, your account will be deleted and all earnings and downlines will be forfeited. We wish you to resolve your complaint with the PO of this site FIRST - but pasting of Admin messages sent to our Members, At any forum of any type is strickly prohibited and will not be tolerated... You WILL be terminated immediately !! Spam: You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with aftermidnightmails.info and may result in legal prosecution. aftermidnightmails.info strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. aftermidnightmails.info may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. aftermidnightmails.info will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups. DownLines Sales/Transfers: Accounts may not be sold or transfered. No exceptions. Site sells all extra referrals. You may NOT sell any redemptions earned or given with upgrades! Cheaters: Cheaters are those who use PTP only and do not click. Also clicking 3 or more cheat links including English test. Those using click bot will be deleted without question. All of these will not get account back for any reason. |
